Endorsement Questionnaire

Questionnaires are being distributed to candidates running for the Nebraska State Legislature and other state-wide offices in the 2026 cycle. The Campaign for a Healthy Nebraska PAC is a non-partisan political action committee. We will endorse candidates for public office who share and promote values of reproductive freedom, patient liberty and decreased government interference in patient health care. Therefore, we reserve the right to rescind an endorsement at any time if a candidate fails to uphold the principles to which we adhere. Candidates receiving an endorsement will be notified in the month following the submission of this questionnaire.
